Just finished uploading the new online home for Hunni's. No more "coming soon" page, just in time before Christmas. A good time to shop and play, so head over to the store (200th St. & 86 Ave., Langley - By Timmy's) and get some goodies for you and yours. See the brands page for a selection of some of the brands they carry. If you're in the Langley area, save yourself a trip into town and check them out, you can't miss them. Coded with love. Thanks to Curtis and the girls at Hunni's for this one.

Bored of Canvas
Lately I've been sort of neglecting this little blog, and haven't been posting much on it. My bad. I have been actually working on a few projects as of late and I'm looking forward to posting some of the completed work when I get a change in the following weeks. For now, I wanted to share with you an up-coming event in which I'm participating called "Bored of Canvas". Bobbypaul, a local skateshop, is hosting an in-store auction art-event in Suter Brook Village. All money raised will be donated to SHARE, a local charity which will provide food to needing families this holiday season. Several local artists, including myself, were given blank decks to create individual art-pieces using a variety of mediums. Each piece will be available for bidding at the in-store silent auction. For more information on the event, dates, times, and location go here. If you're in the area, drop by to check it out. Here is a sneak peek of the deck I have been working on - gophers are cool.

Pablo Alfieri - Sneak Peek
Cool photography and a little sneak peek and what's to come mid November by Pablo Alfieri. This is a personal project by Pablo to launch his new website. A little preview of the new imagery/brand of Playful. A lot of fluorescent colors, shapes, geometries, typography and tones of love. See more of this on Behance.

Bobby Paul
Today we got to hang out with Rob, the owner of Bobby Paul, at the new store he opened a few months back. It's great to see a new clean, modern skateshop become part of the lower mainland. Bobby Paul is located in the new Suter Brook village in Port Moody. If you haven't heard of them yet or if you're in the area, I'd suggest dropping by the shop. Bobby Paul has some cool stuff for both men and women, offering brands such as Analog, Lifetime Collective, Enjoi, Onomis, Royal, DGK, and 4★ just to name a few. For a full list of brands visit their website. Bobby Paul likes to be involved with the community, so keep your eye on events and promos coming up pretty soon. If you want to stay in the loop you can do so by following his page on Facebook. We'd like to wish Rob much success with the new store!

Type Side Table
Not sure how long these type side tables have been around, but when I saw them I just had to post them. Andrew Martin (UK) has some lovely type side tables available in the whole alphabet. Pick your favorite letter, or two and display this aluminum piece in your design office, business, or home. I would, except their product is currently not available in Canada (according to their website). If you live in NY, you can get them here...you lucky bastard.

Amon
I've recently came across this cool line of shirts through Dominic Nagel's website. Not only is the design promo for the clothing line sick, the style of these tees are also interesting and abstract. I'm really diggin' the geometrical triangle shape incorporated into the style of photography. Amon Clothing is a fresh, young label, which aims to combine a high standard of design with equally high standards of quality and sustainability. Read more about their tees on their website.
